“What does success look like in this role?”
“If someone previously excelled in this role, what did they do differently?”
“How does this role directly contribute to the team’s or company’s goals?”

Why is this powerful? 😌
Because it silently communicates that….

You’re thinking like a high performer.
You’re focused on outcomes, not tasks.
You’re already imagining yourself in the role.

And interviewers love candidates who sound like future insiders, not outsiders hoping for a chance. 🫡
