Why is this powerful? 😌
Because it silently communicates that….

You’re thinking like a high performer.
You’re focused on outcomes, not tasks.
You’re already imagining yourself in the role.

And interviewers love candidates who sound like future insiders, not outsiders hoping for a chance. 🫑

Most people end interviews with “No questions from my side.” 😡‍πŸ’«
