common and finding a low stressed job is difficult. Stress has significant
effect on your body and mind. And hence it has become necessary to deal with
the stress or manage it. Here are few quick suggestions on how to manage stress
at work;
- Practice Yoga: As per research, it has been proved that Yoga techniques are helpful in stress reduction from body and mind. Practicing yoga daily only for 15 min can be great for your mental health.
- Make time for your hobbies: Doing what you love or what makes you happy can reduce your stress. Start sparing at least 30 min on regular basis for your hobbies, and you will start noticing the difference.
- Family time: Spending time with family can be a good stress buster. Just discussing with your parents or partners about your/their day or any other random topics can help you in mind relaxation. Playing or speaking with your child can relax your mind too!
- Professional help: It is okay to seek help when you need it. If the above-mentioned techniques do not work for you, talk to a therapist, a mental health professional. Sometimes a friendly talk with the wise and some hand holding is all that you require to drive those ill effects of stress away.
