The Art Of Crafting Resume

Candidates focus on skills, presentation and interview but forget to focus on the basics. Resume is what leaves your first impression in front of the recruiter.

A clear and concise structure can make the presentation effective. It's crucial to have a layout, with sections for contact information, a professional summary, work experience, education, skills, and any relevant extras like certifications or volunteer work. Beginning with a brief summary which includes highlights of your personality, skills and qualifications can be a great way to influence the employer. Introduction should be like a trailer to your resume. Along with these things, remember to mention achievements, skills and qualifications in pointers and not in a paragraph form. Lastly, the resume should present the reality, in case if it's not then there are high possibilities of rejection in the next round.

Altogether, the art of crafting a resume is what stands out to employers at the first , hence it's essential to keep it simple yet impactful.
